Our signature drink that’s frankly bloody marvellous with a recipe that’s a closely-guarded secret. Served with a celery stick and pickle skewer.
St Hilda Spritz
A sublimely saintly cocktail that’s heaven-sent. Vodka infused with a unique blend of botanicals and spices, mixed with rose wine and a splash of soda.
